Mastitis again
Hello, I had mastitis in my left breast about 2 weeks ago had to go on 2 different antibiotics to get through it. This morning I wake up super engorged on the right side pump and my breast still hurts bad. I tried latching my baby and that hurt yesterday it did not. Now I have body aches and chills not sure on fever I have no way of taking it. This makes twice in 2 weeks.y baby is 7 months old so I don’t understand why I’m all of a sudden getting mastitis. The only thing that’s change is he started solids. Please help!

@Vanny I went and got seen this morning. They’re putting me on more antibiotics and referring me to an LC hopefully the LC helps
I had similar thing 9 months pp. mastitis on one side that was treated with antibiotics. A couple weeks later I had mastitis on the other side. It was about the time my son was dropping a feed and eating more solids. That gave me an oversupply and took a couple weeks to regulate.
