@Sophie so hard isn’t it especially when they’re too young to understand still! Just hope he hasn’t caused any damage because I felt so much pain😳but baby moving fine since so hoping that’s a good sign, so different being pregnant the second time round! X
If you’re rhesus negative you’ll probably need to go to hospital, but if not and baby is moving I don’t think you need to worry. Maybe give them a call just to check though. Hope you’re okay!
@Tori hey sorry if I sound stupid but how will I know if I’m negative? I’ve had my bloods done and my blood group is O+ if that’s anything to do with it? X
You would have been advised if you needed anti - d for being rhesus negative as that’s given at around 28 weeks. It’s to do with having a negative blood type and baby having a positive because that can cause issues with bloods mix due to any trauma. If you’re O+ positive that’s classed as Rhd Positive so no need to worry.
If you’re worried no harm in speaking to your maternity assessment unit to ease your mind.
Yes as Chloe said, no worries if you’re O+ 😊
I’ve had this happen quite few times with my toddler too :/
