Milk

We do occasionally, try other ways to settle first. But also don’t hesitate to give him some if he skips his dinner x

Yes we do but im going to try and stop it to see if it helps him sleep better x

@Lauren Jones-lunn he started to co sleep with us and stopped his milk wake ups but co sleeping is hell he only did it when he wasn't well so trying to get him back to his bed but worried if I start milk on wake ups will be bad x

Oh its so hard isnt it. Honestly just do whats best for you guys. Maybe cut the amount down that he is having over a couple of nights and slowly wein him off it x
