Dummy doesn’t fall out at night

So I’m little worried, my 22 month old has a dummy but it’s always only been for sleep and naps. I’m a little worried though, as it doesn’t seem to drop out of a night, she stops sucking it, but it just kind of stays in her mouth. I’m now really worried if this is bad?!
