I totally know what you mean! I feel the same!! Last night I figured I would take the risk lol I just put a swaddle blanket under one breast while my baby fed from the other and that seemed to work
I’m 17 weeks now and slept last night for the first time without a bra
I’m at 8 months of breastfeeding and I still leak. Every time she feeds, the other boob leaks and I randomly leak through the day. I’ve given up on bras in the night, I couldn’t do it any longer. I just stick a muslin under the other boob while she’s feeding
It does get better after a while as it just regulates and stops leaking
I had bad leaky boobs and was soaking through things 😒 breast cups where the best things when I was feeding on one side the other side would let down so these helped collect it for me storing away. I was always buying disposable nursing pads which always soaked through at night. I swear by lasinoh washable nursing pads I can sleep through the night knowing if I do leak these absorb so much so no wet sheets and they’re reusable which I’ve saved so much money on.
I got a Medela keep cool seamless maternity bra with my first for the night times and honestly it’s so comfortable. It’s basically no support and doesn’t really feel like you’ve got anything in but kept the breast pads in place while I slept in those first few weeks. I will 100% be using is again this time around for sleep
Oh and I got it on Amazon, think it was like £20 but so worth it in my opinion
Sleep on a towel …. Breast pads during the day I find the disposables are more absorbent than reusable personally
Once your supply regulates this will (should) stop babe 🖤
