Any tips?

Baby bedtime is about 7.30pm and wakes between 5 and 5.30am. Her fiest wake window is 2-2 5 hours. Any tips on getting LO to sleep and extra hour in the morning ???

I don't know weather its true or not but I've heard people say to try stretch that first wake window as apparently if it is quite short it encourages the early wake.... no idea if it works or not though but might be worth a try xx

I stretch my little boys first wake window to 2hr45/3hrs and he sleeps for just over an hour (usually around 9:30) and then second nap is around 2/2:30 (just over an hour) and then bed at 7. He sleeps all night till 6:30/7.

How much sleep does she have in 24 hours? Around 8-10 hours is pretty common in babies this age although some will do 10-12. They should have around 14hrs sleep per 24hrs at this age so may need to reduce naps or increase if they aren’t getting enough. You definitely want the first wake window to be the shortest

@Lauryn she usually has about 2 hours worth of naps. She's still mainly on 3 naps around 40 mins each. Thanks all, I will see if increasing her first wake window a little will help, but will still keep it the shortest and see 😅

All babies are different. Mine never gets more than 13 hours sleep and averages about 12.5. He gets like 10.5 overnight usually so I've been trying to put him to bed closer to 8 to try get a slightly later wake up
