Bottle to sleep (can be breastmilk) and letting fall asleep independently. Just sit next to him and give comfort until he falls asleep. Keep picking him up if you have to, or hold his hands etc. Sing or shush. It will get easier. It made a massive difference for us. And make sure he has been awake long enough before bed to be able to fall asleep without stuggle.

Hey hun, firstly your doing a great job! If your little one is waking up for feeds at night, try and stretch the timings of feeding - gradually your little one will get in the habit of not having regular feeds. I hope that helps! Xx
