My baby won’t sleep- HELP 😴

Hi, My nearly 7month old boy was a great sleeper for the first 3.5 months then it all went down hill. I Co-slept with him as I was EBF so it was easy to feed him lying down and go back to sleep but I think I’ve made a rod for my own back as I honestly couldn’t count how many times a night he wakes up now. Sometimes I can pop his dummy in and put a hand on him so sleep but mostly he wants to feed. Any tips/advice on sleep training or how to break this cycle would be great please Thanks from an exhausted mama 😴 x

Hey hun, firstly your doing a great job! If your little one is waking up for feeds at night, try and stretch the timings of feeding - gradually your little one will get in the habit of not having regular feeds. I hope that helps! Xx

Bottle to sleep (can be breastmilk) and letting fall asleep independently. Just sit next to him and give comfort until he falls asleep. Keep picking him up if you have to, or hold his hands etc. Sing or shush. It will get easier. It made a massive difference for us. And make sure he has been awake long enough before bed to be able to fall asleep without stuggle.
