We just did an Ed Sheeran playlist! The doctor told us when she was about to be born so we could choose the exact song 🥰
I'm currently sorting mine out now as I'm having an elective c-section for my second, whereas the birth of my first was a bit more hectic. I've got a mixture of Taylor Swift, Backstreet Boys, Westlife, Little Mix, Fifth Harmony, Chappel Ronan, Ed Sheeran, Disney of course, LeAnn Rhimes, Shania Twaine, Gracie Abrams, Busted, Renae Rapp.. In a strange way.. I kinda want baby to come out during "I did something bad" by Taylor Swift 😂😂😂
Both times I left it up to the surgeon. First time it was the radio and what a wonderful world played and it was so nice. Second time the anaesthetist had a jazz playlist and goldfinger was playing when James (Bond) was born 🥹
I didn't have a c-section, but I had a full disney soundtrack belting out when I had my first 😅🤣 The midwives loved it and were singing along with me (was a great pain distraction!), but I think the doctor and anesthesiologist thought i was mad 🙃 my daughter was born during Aladdins 'A whole new world' which seemed oddly appropriate 😆
