Are you losing weight currently whilst breast feeding? Aslong as you’re eating around 1800-2000 calories a day you’ll lose weight and still have enough supply. Just make sure it’s high protein healthy foods! I lost weight eating 3500 calories a day as I had an over supply 🥴🥴🥴 wasn’t healthy though

@Lauren I pumped a lot and filled my freezer and managed to get a stone off purely breast feeding. By 5 months PP I’d lost 3 out of the 4 stone I’d gained. Keep going!! 🥰🥰
As long as you eat high protein and nutrient dense food whilst staying super hydrated you’ll be fine
