Breastfeeding to Pumping

I’ve started pumping more and breastfeeding less due to going back to the office. I’ve noticed I get bumps in my boobs more often even though I’m pumping every three hours. Any advice? I don’t have an oversupply.

Fairly common Massage the lumps when pumping to clear it or use a vibration massager check you pumps are not in to tight causing a blockage common issue with wearables or pumping bra set ups

Ooo! Same problem here with the pumping more often @Julia when you say check pumps aren’t too tight do you mean like flange sizing??

@Zara check sizing is correct For you and if you have wearables or support flanges with a nursing bra make sure you loosen your bra so there is suction but not compression when using or your Brest is compressed and milk get stuck creating lumps from areas not emptying

Ooooooh I see omg thank you soo much! @Julia

Thank you!!
