Looks like eczema, my LO has something similar because of dry skin, regular moisturising should help
@Jess sounds like eczema, you can treat with over the counter creams such as aveeno but if no improvement the doctor can prescribe hydrocortisone cream x
Looks like eczema, my little girl had the same! I was convinced it wasn’t eczema but doctor confirmed it was. We made her baths a little cooler and didn’t add in any wash stuff, just plain water as recommended. Got a prescription for cetraben and it cleared up really quickly. Now just started using child’s farm which she gets on really well with. Maybe contact your GP x
If it’s eczema you should try organic beef tallow you can get from etsy or buy bulk for affordable price.
