Morning nap
Anyone doing one morning nap? How long does your baby sleep for? I try to stretch my baby out until 11 but today he lasted until 10.30 so wanted to know if this would interrupt night sleep? I wanted to start doing 11-1 sort of nap. Just looking for advice. Thanks mummas.

We do 2 naps still, but his morning nap is 20-30 minutes, usually on the go, at about half 9 or 10 xx
We do one nap now because he was fighting the morning nap. We do 12-1:30 but Im trying to hard to stretch it until 2pm

Yeah we do 1 nap a day around 1-3. 11-1 might be a bit early then they might not last until bed time? Unless you do another one in afternoon? X
