Wake windows

What are your little ones’ wake windows looking like now? He always seems to be ready for a nap after 2 hours but doesn’t sleep longer than 1 hour so I wonder if I should try to stretch them a little and see if naps go longer too

My LG tends to have a wake window of about 2.5 hours maybe 3 and then she sleeps for half an hour to an hour, but she sleeps for long stretches at night

@Emma and how many hours napping in total?

She probably has 3 naps during the day totalling about 2 and a half hours then has a long wake window before being put to bed at about 8pm then she sleeps til 1-2am then down again until 7am

@Emma do you have black out curtains? We do but they still leak some light and he always wakes around 4-5 AM

We have black out in my son's room and they still let in some light We have normal curtains in our room, sometimes she wakes up at 6 sometimes at 7 it all depends on the night

mines all roughly how each day goes - around 2.5 hours during the day and usually 3 hours before bed. 2.5 hours of naps during the day over 3 naps.

my girl naps for a few hours mid morning between 10-1 and then she’s pretty much awake for the rest of the day, but just recently she’s started waking every 3-4 hours at night but a bit of milk and she’s straight back to sleep

2.5 hours each but tbh we've moved to timed naps now so we look less at wake windows and just go by the clock. She sleeps from 7 - 5/6 overnight and has 2 long naps and one short one (1 hr and 15 x 2 and 30 mins for the last one)

We are down to 2 one hour naps, one between 10ish and 11ish and one between 3ish and 4ish. She's got some sort of internal timer and wakes herself up which is a bit disconcerting sometimes!

My LB wakes up at 6 has his first nap at 9ish will sleep til about 11:30 ish wakes up then til about 3:30ish naps til 4:30ish then stays awake til bedtime at 7:30 then most of the time sleeps all the way through the night

My little girl sleeps 8-8 and only has a nap between 1pm-4pm then she’s back awake again until bed time!,
