I’ve been dairy free for 6+ months starting when baby was 8 weeks old. It takes 2-3 weeks to process out of your system and we noticed a huge difference in his comfort and happiness immediately! We cook mostly everything but otherwise check ingredients on everything and sub out for dairy free products like coconut milk in place of cream, cashew products like vegan cheese occasionally and just tweak recipes to eliminate dairy. I eat plenty of oatmeal, eggs, protein with rice and veggies, pastas, tacos, etc. it’s not too hard once you get the hang of it. Good luck!
