Mine came back 1-2 months after I cut pumping down to once a day. I was exclusively pumping prior to. So around 10 months post partum
@Mariah How much do you get in once a day pump? I am not getting much even though I am pumping 4-5 times a day and wanted to know what is common at this time postpartum
Not yet and still pumping but also got an iud a few weeks pp so don’t know if it’ll even return like normal

Mine started 7 months after!
Mine came back yesterday. 😂 And I’m 12.5 months postpartum. Lol still nursing but not as frequently.
I got mine at 5 months pp n has been irregular since then but I still have it every month I still breastfeeding exclusively baby will be 1 year soon
I’m only nursing maybe once or twice at night, and my little one just turned 1. But it took about nine months after I gave birth to get a period.
