If your finding it bad speak to your gp and they may be able to prescribe something my last pregnancy I had the same thing happen and they gave me some medication which really helped, don’t suffer in silence pregnancy is hard enough x
i thought it would be over by now too, but it can really stick around, huh? hang in there! I actually checked the 'Heal App' for this and here's what it says: "I'm really sorry to hear that you're still dealing with morning sickness at 36 weeks; that must be incredibly frustrating. While it's common for some women to experience nausea throughout their pregnancy, it can be particularly challenging in the later stages. Here are two suggestions that might help: 1. Try eating small, frequent meals throughout the day instead of three larger ones, as this can help keep your stomach settled. 2. Ginger tea or ginger candies can be soothing for nausea, so consider incorporating those into your routine. Have you noticed any specific triggers that make your nausea worse, or are there any particular times of day when it feels more intense?"
Just hang in there 🤞🏻We’re almost to the finish line
