Hey hun my little girl is 3 1/2 and I still don’t have much feeling around my scar. It’s very normal for it to take a year plus for feeling to return. Some peoples never do return. Either way it’s ok and nothing to worry about xxxxx
I’m a year post op and still don’t feel anything above scar x
I’m also numb around my cs scar and has been wondering why🤔 15 weeks pp
I asked my GP about the numbness because mine goes between numb and pain when touched but he said it's just nerve damage and can take 6 months for it all to knit back together
Hey I’m 7 months pp and I still have numbness around mine too. And it kills when you bend over x
I’m nearly 3 years post mine and it’s still numb 😅
Numbness is totally normal you've just had 7 layers of tissue cut through along with nerve endings. Once your scar is healed do scar massage and it should help the feeling come back. But you may be permanently numb forever, that can happen
The puffiness goes down, its swelling and internal bruising from surgery. The numbness fades as your nerves reconnect and recover.
I’m 8 weeks post now and have this. I’m not sure if it goes on its own
