Periods
I’m exclusively breastfeeding and pumping. No more supplementing formula for almost 2 months. Is anyone else having a period?
I’ve had spotting, brown old blood and a flow for like 2 weeks. 😑
How’s everyone else doing?

I just take it as I bled a lot for my whole first 6-7 weeks after giving birth bc of the amount of blood I lost during natural birth & having a blood disorder. I take it as it’s giving my body a break lol
Yessss I got my period back like 2 months postpartum. 😭 It’s almost back to a normal cycle too - though my 2nd period pp was sooo late I was scared I was pregnant again (I wasn’t). I bleed heavily during periods so I wasn’t surprised it wanted to come back full force so quick 😂

I have yet to get my period. I just became 5 months postpartum today. I exclusively breastfed & pump as well. Breastfeeding can delay your period. I’m enjoying not having my period & my breastfeeding journey!
