Drying up milk supply
My sweet girl is 5 days old, and my milk has come in. I decided to not breast feed or pump, and my boobs hurt so bad. Besides frozen cabbage leaves, what are ways to help dry up milk supply???

@Becca I used cabbage leaves with my oldest when I was trying to dry it up and i feel like it made me stink so bad! That's why I'm not wanting to use them lol.
@Heather I bought some, but I never ended up using them
I took Tylenol and it was gone in like a day

I had my little girl on April 1 she’s two weeks six days old and I think my supply has just dried up and I didn’t do anything. I didn’t use anything. My boobs did hurt really really bad. I did go get some cabbage leaves, but I never ended up using them
