No appetite?

Does anyone else experience a complete loss of appetite when breastfeeding? I've just had my second child and once again I have completely lost my appetite to the point I can hardly get in my 3 meals a day. I've been surviving pretty much on water, cordial, and snacks at this point. I really don't want to ruin my supply because of this. What stuff can I do to fix it and/or what can I eat that will give me a bit of a boost and keep me relatively healthy while I'm hardly eating a thing?

I'm the same barely eat 😩

Same here! I'm 8 weeks postpartum, and I've lost just over a stone🤦‍♀️ I'm pushing myself to eat little now as I'm conscious that not eating could eventually affect my milk supply. My main food focus is fruit and veg, just to try and get some nutrients in. Protein bars are also a very good go-to, but not all have a nice taste x

I wish I’m the complete opposite

I’ve never been hungrier in my life haha.

I feel like I hardly ate or drank anything (partly due to forgetting, not sure how I'm alive 😅) with my first and it didnt effect my supply, weirdly I had an over supply and my baby was an absolute unit 😂 i wouldn't recommend it though.. snack on things like nuts, hummus, cheese, meat snacks, smoothies (fruit and veg), crackers, even protein bars/shakes if its easier than thinking about big meals, little and ofter is better than nothing and just keep getting plenty of fluids in you 😊

See, I’ll feel starving all day, just surviving on water and light snacks, while trying to handle a clingy 2yo and a EBF newborn until their dad gets home. By the time I do have a minute to eat, I don’t even feel hungry anymore 🥲😭
