Routines .. (or lack of 😅)

We are the same! And my LO is waking up multiple times a night as well

Yes we are the same and my LO has starting having night feeds again after stopping those. Don't know what's going on 😭

Same here! I feel like there’s something in the air with our October 2024 babies. My eldest slept through the night from 4 months onwards and even with all the sleep regressions/developmental milestones/teething etc we had the odd rough night here and there but overall she’s always continued to sleep through the night. But My now 6 month old.. pretty much since she’s turned 5 months routine has completely gone out the window. She used to sleep through the night from 8-7am from 3 months onwards. She wakes up multiple times at night for feeds now and her day naps are all over the place as well. I’ve been trying to follow this routine which I’ll share in a mo. But my little one isn’t taking to it. Everything’s all over the place in terms of routine atm I’m just following her pace

@Megan oh no 🙈 my boy isn’t waking through the night again (yet 😅) but I have white noise playing away in the background for him I dunno if that’s helping prevent this from happening 😅 x

@Charlotte I think they say growth spurts can bring on them wanting night feeds again but as always with babies could be a multiple of reasons to choose from that’s the issue 😅 x

We’re pretty much the same here, slept great from 4 months day time naps and all and now there’s no routine at all apart from bedtime is the same and he doesn’t wake up again until morning (so far) but I have white noise playing away in the background I dunno if this helps that part 😂 I try follow a schedule to the one like you posted going with wake windows etc like I had been for months but now it’s all just up in the air and no coming back down 😩 he literally totally refuses the last nap of the day then screams bloody murder at getting ready for bedtime cause he didn’t nap 🙄 x

@Roberta it’s so damn hard trying to regain control of a sleeping routine AND process a weaning routine at the same time 😩 x

My little boy has never slept good😭went through a phase of waking once or twice but at the moment it’s every 1-2 hours. I’m also struggling to get him into or even start a daytime routine xxx

@Kerry think my LO is teething 🙈 we have white noise on too but once she has woken the first time she is up every hour or every two till it’s time to get up 😩 I hope it doesn’t last long as it’s killing me! She did have a long nap this morning which is nice x

@Elena it’s literally so hard 🥴😐 every time I think I do have a routine together he grows up that bit more and it’s back to the start 🙈 x

@Megan I know that first wake is like oh god please no 😐 I moved my boy into his own room last night for the first time and he generally slept well all night but wanted to wake up at 5.30am and usually wakes at 6.30 only an hours difference I know but it does make all the difference 🤣 x

@Kerry I think I need to move my LG into her own room as she might sleep better but sometimes we have to sleep with our hand on her stomach for contact for her to get her to sleep 🙈 babies sleep is a whirlwind that blows my mind x
