Bedtime💤

What time do your babies go down for the night? My little one doesn't go fully down to bed until 12-12:30am because that's when we tend to go to bed. But she goes to sleep downstairs on the chair with us there around 8pm till we wake her up most of the time to go to bed.🤔 I'm thinking of putting her straight into her bed at 8pm now and seeing if she would just stay asleep or wake up. What's your routines & how many times do they wake in the night? My little girl is exclusively breastfed and tends to wake once or twice in the night😊

Following. My little boy is 6 months next week and we put him to bed at 7pm after a bath & bottle. Don’t let him nap past 5.30. He then sleeps in his crib 7-11ish wakes for a feed then usually goes until 3/4am for another feed and then sleeps until 7ish. My partner does the 11ish feed and I do the 3/4am so we both get longer stretches. He did do 7.30-4am the other night I’m praying that becomes permanent soon🙏🏼

Mine goes to bed between 20 and 21, we've been putting him upstairs directly (with monitor) since he was 4.5 months and we go to bed around 22.30. We moved him to his own room two weeks ago, so we don't have to tiptoe as much anymore 😅 Sometimes he sleeps through, sometimes he wakes up once (rarely twice)

Mine goes to bed between 7-8 in her own room with monitor, since moving her to her room we’ve weaned off night feeds but she wakes a few times cries for about 20 seconds and resettles herself back to sleep

My little boys goes to bed between 7:30&8:15pm now. he has slept through since 5 weeks old!

Ours goes between 7-7:30 and sleeps until 5/6

We've been putting him to bed rather than staying with us for about 3 months. He is asleep by 8pm and I get him up at 7:30am, sleeps through.

My son goes to bed between 8 8/30 and I put him in his cot after a bottle and bath me and my partner go to bed after his first wake for a bottle at about midnight then he’ll sleep until about 3/4 wake for another bottle and then wakes for the day about 7 I’ve tried weaning him off night bottles but it doesn’t work he needs a bottle he won’t take more than 5 oz in the day and has that every 2/3 hours he’s never drank more so with only a 4oz bottle before bed I guess he needs more in the night I’m so used to it now he’s never slept through and he’s 7 months in a week 🙃.

Mine goes down in her room (with baby monitor) at 6.30-6.45ish and then we wake for a bottle at 9.30pm then put back in her cot in her room and she sleeps until 6-6.30ish

@Lauren sounds same as us re timings. My boy wakes around 10/11pm for a feed and around 3/4am. He has 6/7oz bottles in the day though so he must just be a hungry boy! 😂

My little girl is 6 and a half months and goes down at 8:30 and sleeps through until around 7am , then as soon as I pick her up she falls back to sleep so she lays in bed with me until around 8:30! Shes been on that routine for a couple months but has been sleeping through since about 2 and a half months, used to go down around 11:30/12 until 10am 🫣 xx

My wee boy goes down at the same time as my wee girl (who is 2) at 7.30pm and both are usually asleep by 7.45 or 8 on a day when naps ran on too long in the afternoon 🤣 I think he goes down easily enough at that time because we all get up at the same time each day at 7am so he's up relatively early. Xxx

My twins go down at 7pm and get up at 7.30am

My little one does down between 8-9 and then she’ll wake for a bottle between 10-11 and then sleep through until about 8-10. But sometimes she’s not having her last bottle and sleeping from 8pm

8pm for my 6 month old. Sleeps through the night except sometimes will wake up for a bottle once but goes straight back down. She wakes up at 8am and her wake windows are 2.5 hours except for her last one which is 3 hours x

My little one is 6 months and goes down at 7:30pm-8pm latest has dinner, bath, bottle then bed and sleeps through till 7am, we use the monitor so I can watch her from downstairs till I go to bed. She only has 4 bottles a day we dropped that last feed at 11-12 at about 5 months x

7-8 for us xx

We put our LB in his next to me cot around 7pm (ish, give or take half hour depends how his day naps have gone) and put the monitor on. Have been doing this since around 4 and a half months old as he was getting restless and disturbed being on us downstairs. We do play time, bath, story and bottle then put him down awake and he falls asleep usually within a few minutes. My LB doesn’t wake in the night, sometimes stirs around 5am ish so then I just pop him in bed with us and he sleeps til around 7am. I still offer a dream feed around 10pm when I go to bed but he’s wanting less and less so will drop it out soon. He doesn’t wake up when I give this. X

since 4/5 months we had his bed time around 7pm now he’s 6 1/2 months his bath is at 6 then feed around 6:30 and asleep by 7pm, and he wakes up fully around 7:30am xx

Mine goes to bed at 7:30 after a bath and sleeps till about 5am and then comes into bed with us till 6:30 and then has a bottle. We don’t let him nap past 5 pm now and have managed to get him to fall asleep by by himself in the crib, we struggled a few weeks ago to transfer him asleep so took some advice and now he falls asleep himself

My little boy used to go to sleep at 12am, eventually he started going down in his pushchair at 10pm where we then transitioned to putting him in his crib at this time. He decided one day he wanted to go to bed at 8pm and it’s been like this for the last couple of weeks. He will sleep through until 7:30-8:30 with the occasional wake up in the night but this isn’t so often
