Baby will not go down before a certain time

My little one since the clocks going forward will not go down to sleep a minute before 7:30pm, no matter how tired he is. He used to go for his last bottle at 6:30, be put down awake and just stay chatting to himself for 10-14 minutes before going to sleep. Now it’s taking us over an hour to get him down when we have started the bedtime routine and he will cry and cry until 7:30, wants to be picked up, wants the dummy but will keep spitting it out, then he stops and will settle himself to sleep. But only after 7:30, but obviously this is difficult because he gets so tired but won’t have a nap before either. Any one else had this experience? He’s 12 weeks old for reference.
