Nursing bras

How are we all knowing what size nursing bras to buy? I was an A cup before pregnancy, now two cup sizes bigger. 36+3 and beginning to think with breastfeeding that my A-C cup nursing bras will not suffice. Is there like an average range that bra size will go up based on EBF? Thanks

I went to get measured at m&s

I was told in antenatal to buy one from amazon (or other places) until your milk fully comes in - then go somewhere to get measured for proper ones after this point - so usually around 4 -6 weeks post partum

I am 35 weeks, getting measured this week and plan on just buying one set of bras from m&s as they do them for £20 or going elsewhere if they arent comfy. Ill then go and get measured again about 6 weeks postpartum to get properly fitted and invest in some better ones x

Get measured at M&S now for a bra for the first few weeks for daytime. They’ll make sure there’s enough room for milk. Then you’ll need to go back in once milk is established. I liked to get some large crop tops for nighttime feeding where I needed less support. They can get really stinky if you leak or baby dribbles on them. Worth having extra. Or order some on vinted in the size you need if you want a proper bra.

Ah thanks that’s good to know as wasn’t sure what to do with leaky boobs at nighttime. Definitely will head to M&S for a fitting and see what they recommend. Thanks so much x
