I feel this all to a T. This sounds exactly like me. I think I’m stressed out really bad but it’s so hard to manage. I’m trying to get mental health help but I’m waiting months and months for my appointments 🥲 I just try to tell myself that time passes and things change and everything will get better and easier. Hi! I’m 12 months post partum and everyday feels like it snowballing on to the one before with the same feelings. This might sound crazy but hear me out… I used chatGPT. Go on the site/app and just type everything you are feeling. Everything you are doing in the day to day and everything you feel like you don’t want to do. Tell it your story of being a mom. I seriously think doing this saved my life. The results might surprise you. And it’s worth a shot. Trust me 🫶🏽
You should definitely put the kids in a stroller and go for a walk just to get some sunshine. Try not to focus on all the things you didn’t finish and focus on what you did do. Taking care of your kids, feeding them, making sure they’re clean, held, hugged, and kissed. Those are the most important things.
