I was the same in the beginning but my habits have got better now!! I usually munch on carrots or peppers with salad cream or branston pickle( LOVE ), salt and vinegar crisps not the healthiest but seems to work for me! Also I love love love apple, strawberries and grapes. For a little cheeky treat you could add some melted chocolate (that’s my go too🤣) I hope the nausea passes for you soon 💪🏼🫶🏼
I’m the same, the lingering nausea but needing to eat and I have a metallic taste in my mouth so everything either tastes weird or makes the taste worse 🤦🏼‍♀️
My trick has been hiding everything good for me in a smoothie!! Dates, spinach, banana, blueberries and oats! Use lots of ice so it’s easier to go down!

No suggestion but total empathy as iv been the same. Not so much the eating badly but the thought of cooking makes me vom. The smell and the texture of stuff until cooked is sending me wild at the moment. My partner ends up doing all the cooking when eating fresh. The thought of scoffing fruit or veggies turns my tummy. But also chocolate and I LOVE CHOCOLATE pre pregnancy. Snack a jacks I have found good low cal but tasty. And tinned fruit cocktail (don’t come at me for the tin it’s better than nothing)
