How often does intimacy happen in your household?

Since having our little girl my bf has been nonstop bugging me about being intimate with him. He doesn't push but he's constantly saying things like "guess no love making tonight since you're always tired" and it's like yes I am!! I have another daughter who is 9 so I'm getting up as early as 630/715 on certain days and now I am back to work from 11 to 8 but before I went back to work I was always up with the baby in the morning feeding her all day and changing diapers while he worked 3 to 11...now he's on paternity leave and he just thinks it's gonna happen whenever he wants it ...not the case! I've told him time and time again he needs to understand that it's not gonna happen just because he says he wants it....and I told him I'm sure there are guys out there who haven't had it in months. He seems to think that after a baby every guy is having sex all the time! It also doesn't help that he doesn't really leave me wanting it either which I have mentioned as well. I'm just tired of him bugging me about it. So my question is how often are y'all intimate with each other?

When I had my first 2 years ago 2 months before and 3 months after we didn’t do it. Between healing from c section and getting a regular breastfeeding schedule I was tired getting up every hour or two or 3 depending on baby then when I did go back to work it was maybe once a week still tired still breastfeeding and just not in the mood once baby was about 1 week did it a lot more which ended in getting pregnant again when babe was 1.5 years old and around 7 months it was off again and now currently recovering from c section I don’t see a bear in sight right now

My baby will be 10 weeks on Friday and we’ve had sex 3 times😂 most of the time I’m just not in the mood and sometimes he isn’t😂 he fit it in where we can

@Laniya yeah that's the problem he is always in the mood and I have not been in the mood because really I am tired! Like I said he doesn't push but I can always hear the disappointment in his voice because it's not happening.

Is there anything he can do to try and relieve you of some of your duties? That helps for me

@Laniya well a lot is with my older daughter (not his so not really his responsibility) as she's in cheerleading and I'm helping her with homework and then things around the house (like most men he is not the best at cleaning) so yeahh most things fall to me. He will take out the trash and recycling when asked but it's just other stuff in general falls to me unfortunately

@Beste ok so I don't feel too bad lol it's definitely been more than twice but it's like he wants it several times throughout the week and expects it to happen at least once a week which is annoying!

No don’t feel pressured into anything. Explain to him that your body is still healing mentally, physically and emotionally and that you need this time to connect with him in other ways

idk if i’m the crazy one but my sex drive kicked into full gear after i had my baby, as long as im not stressed and overwhelmed im in the mood😂😭 but everyone is different and he has to realize you went through a life altering event it’s normal for you to not be in the mood
