Not sure what to think

I had an ectopic in August 2022 and haven't been able to get pregnant since. My fiance and I have been trying for wore awhile. I've had tons of symptoms: EXTREME exhaustion sleeping a ton, weird discharge, my areolas look bigger, vomiting randomly even waking up to do so, cramps randomly, having to pee A lot and in large amounts, eating sooo much but some things make me sick to even smell or I'll get sick after eating, increased anxiety... probably more... this was days ago and I'm waiting to take another.
