Fishy smell
My 2 year old girl has a strong fishy smell down below. Usually on a morning is worse so I put it down to having her nappy on overnight. However Iv started showering her on a morning and the smell is still there. It looks slightly red inside however it’s a fight to look. Could It be the nappy’s or recon there is an infection? Not noticed any discharge in nickers and smell seems to disappear through the day x

Has she had any other signs of infection like a temp? Could be an infection, when my son has any fishy dinners like tuna or salmon his urine smells fishy the next morning but clears, no signs of infection for him or redness etc so it could be worth mentioning to GP especially if you’ve noticed some redness down there
Ring a GP?
She could have a uti bless her
I would definitely ring a GP as it sounds like she could have a possibly infection or UTI. X
