I got my tubes tied it's awesome
Loesterin fe was my favorite birth control pill. I tried it all because I have endometriosis
I’ve been using an iud with progesterone and it has helped my PPD, my friend uses an app and taking her temperature a more holistic approach. I don’t know what exactly. But hopefully those two options might be helpful!!
IUD in copper for me! Hormones always made me unhappy and emotional. With the IUD you don’t have to remember or do anything. It’s annoying to put in, but I had my first one in for 10 years. It was amazing and then took it out to have my baby. Now after the baby getting a new one tomorrow until we decide we want another baby. Isn’t right for everyone, but it’s my personal favorite.
@Kaliegh so I want to get my tubes tied, but I’m realizing that all these OBGYN’s don’t want to. Did you get them tied after you had all your kids or was it during a c-section. I want to get them tied so bad but I’m only 27 so I feel like they’re and I only have one. Any tips
I use a non hormonal birth control called phexxi. It worked for 2 years for me I did not get pregnant ! Once I stopped using it then I had my son
There is a list (on Reddit originally I believe, could probably find by searching or asking in one of the child free subreddits) of doctors willing to do elective sterilization procedures without jumping through hoops, requiring spouses to agree, etc. I was on the "mini-pill" (aka POP/progesterone only pill) while breastfeeding after each of my first two. I also track my cycles with the Fertility Friend app and it has been accurate with predicting ovulation windows. Some in the US are hesitant to use any apps right now, the same thing can be accomplished by handwritten calendars and I'm sure there are templates and more info online. OPKs and temp tracking would help too.
@Kaliegh i used the same long time ago and i did not gain any weight.
Pull out method! It’s worked so far!
