How to help my labor

So, my little girl has tried to come twice already once at 25 weeks the next at 32 weeks. Now I’m coming up 37 weeks and she’s trying to break my water but she seems to have trouble. With my first pregnancy I never healed properly and I’m wondering is that could be an issue. Also my hip keeps popping out of place and my doctor is kinda pushing it to the side of its normal. Is it normal..?

First, I want to say that baby doesn't need to break your water. My water has never broken prior to when I start pushing my baby out at the very end( I've had 3 births) Second, this hip problem is very common, I see a chiropractor regularly to help with my hip issues during pregnancy

My mom said her water didn’t break with any of her 4 kids. With my first the doctor manually broke my water. So I think if baby doesn’t it’s totally fine just let labor come naturally, as for hips I’ve been having this too not every day but atleast weekly with lots of pain and massages, warm showers, patches, stretches and chiropractor have helped so much

How do you know she’s trying to break your water?
