Baby not eating/sleeping at daycare

My 7 week old baby apparently didn't eat or sleep at all with the babysitter today. Meaning she went 6+ hours without eating 🤯 Other days she will sleep the whole while anot wake up to eat. But other times she is ok. I have to work so she has to go to a babysitter. She is there for 4.5 hours but with travel time (we drive nearly 30 mins one way to the sitter) it can be a long time away from home for a little baby. I'm just worried about her.
