I've been having pain in lower back radiating to the front and menstrual cramps down my legs off and on thru the night keeping me up. im so tired I've haven't been able to sleep 20min straight im 35 weeks pregnant

Sounds like contractions and I would get checked out since you are under 37 weeks
My 2nd labour started as back ache instead of contractions so I didn’t think much of it at first, when strong contractions then came and I went to get checked I was 8-9cm and baby born within the hour so definitely get checked!
