Hey, I'm 13 weeks too :) but 3rd child, I'm using pregnacare again with this pregnancy x
I was taking them at the beginning of pregnancy and was very sick couldn’t hold any food or water down, midwife told me to stop and only take folic acid (up to 12 weeks) and vitamin d. Once I stopped taking them I was significantly less sick, I guess they affect everyone differently 🤷🏻♀️
Hey, I’m 16 weeks with my second and I took the pregnacare max ones with my first born and now taking them again with my second child. I’ve had no issues with them and I like that baby is getting everything they need
I take them right now ,I'm 17 weeks and have been taking them the whole time ,one thing I will note.. I realised taking them before bed actually made my morning sickness worse when I first woke up compared to when I take them after lunch ...I don't know if thats just me lol 😂but apart from that ,they are great to making sure you get everything you need instead of just iron and vitamin D ...it might also make your wee super fluorescent and sometimes cloudy ... because of the high amount of vitamins ♥️ And if you had constipation before taking these it will not make it any better lol ...
These made my sickness really bad so I take a different one by vitabiotics called feroglobin gentle iron and it’s much better for me. I then add in things like omega 3, vit D, C and magnesium xx
I’m 12 weeks with my second and I didn’t take any prenatals except for vitamin D and folic acid in first trimester and baby was fine. Just have a balanced diet. Unless you have a vitamin deficiency or your pediatrician tells you you specifically need some you don’t need it, it’s just a money making scheme
Hi! I’m 15+5 with my first and have been taking these since I was 7 weeks. I find them to be much better than just Folic Acid supplements as I know baby is getting enough of everything. I’ve had no side effects and they helped my nausea in first trimester. Hope this helps.
