I hate to say but have you tried some calpol / ibuprofen. Whenever my lottles wake at night like this and we cant work it out its often teething
@Louise we have given calpol but she’s still so unsettled and crying. She has always struggled with teething so there is a high possibility it could be that. I just feel so useless when I can’t comfort her
My little girl is going though this and isn't at nursery nor is she quite 1 yet (her birthday is Sunday). She is however starting to get her top bunny teeth. 4 nights ago (3 and 2 too) she was over tired, would go down for an hour or 2 then wake up and not go down. Either 2 or 3 nights ago I ended up sleeping on the sofa with her as I had a migraine and she was only settling with me that night. I needed my sleep. Last night and tonight she's gone down nicely and only woken 2 or 3 times mostly for cuddles to go back to sleep. I'm not sure if it's teeth, sleep regression, nap refusal, something else or all of the above but I really hope we're out of it now so I can sleep
@Melissa maybe try ibuprofen its better for teeth
My LG has just done the exact same thing! I had to take her for a drive one night as I think she had trapped wind! She was evidently in pain and nothing helped. I couldn’t get the calpol in her as she was spitting it out! She turned one on the 4th and this was 2 weekends ago! Not really sure what it was but i’m hoping it doesn’t happen again!!!
Not yet started nursery but we’re in the same boat. I’m having to stay in the room and sometimes hold his hand through the crib. I’ve slept on the floor a couple of times. Feeling your pain, it’s rough!
