Squealing and full wake windows

I am EXHAUSTED. My baby squeals from the moment he wakes up, until the moment he goes to sleep and the sensory overload is just so overwhelming. Does anybody else’s baby do this? He’s also over the last few days decided that when he wakes for his bottle at 4:30 that he’d like his full awake window before going back for a nap and it’s killing me off because by the time he’s tired enough for a nap; my toddlers awake so i can’t even go back to bed myself. I don’t know what to do to encourage him to just go back to sleep?
