if you feel others are not meeting your expectations, you can do 1 of 2 things, address it or cut them off. Not to sound mean or anything but that's a big thing I learned in therapy.
I have friends that do and friends that don’t. I get how you’re feeling though as I’ve been there.
I have a couple of friends who are great in person, but it often feels like if I didn't reach out I'd never talk to them, and they never respond if I talk about my daughter. It hurts. 💔
