Yesss they are noisy AF lol but I didn’t even find it worked, despite the noise. I got my tummy flat my lying on the floor and kicking my legs up and down in the air 😂 like good ol yoga and Pilates exercises lol don’t bother w any devices. Unless your working on your pelvic floor well then those one’s are great. But for core, mat exercises 👌🏼👌🏼 Planks, reserve planks etc. I bought mine on Shein though for way cheaper If you are pregnant, sitting on a gym ball helps as well. Cross legged, so just using your core to hold you on the ball
I keep seeing a Pilates board that folds up. I’m so tempted to get it cause it seems like a good piece of equipment for an apartment but I’m also afraid it’s not worth it.
@Isabella it’s not worth it! You can literally do Pilates without and let me tel you, you’ll still get the burn lol. It’s a good workout. I do them from YouTube, all you need is a yoga mat honestly
I think they all have a little noise to them unfortunately. I just got bands for my legs, I already have a yoga mat, and I just follow Pilates videos off of YouTube
