I’m so hungry but literally everything sounds disgusting and makes me wanna puke what do I do to make myself eat?

I’m 18+1 and can’t decide if what I’m feeling is baby or not… It’s almost like tiny little muscle spasms in my tummy or feels like gas. I’ve seen lots of people saying it feels like butterflies or bubbles and I definitely don’t think it feels like that! Has anyone else had similar sensations?
