Looking for protein shakes and bars and looking for recommendations
I am so good adverse right now even watermelon is hard to eat right now. I’ve been living off of milk and crackers and watermelons for 2 days and I’m getting shakey and it’s hard to walk around. I don’t know what to do even broth is repugnant
It’s so confusing I see different guidance everywhere
My docs wants me eating 90-100 grams of protein a day and I have no idea how to get that much... any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
