Can anyone else see that super light line under the green line? Think I just have line eyes

Just had my 32 week scan to check placenta location after it covering the cervix at my 20 week scan. It’s stil entirely over my cervix. I have a follow up consultant appointment tomorrow. But generally speaking if you have complete placenta previa at 32 weeks when would you have your C section?
