I’m 37 weeks pregnant today and gradually throughout the 3rd trimester I’ve been feeling sicker and sicker in the morning. Sometimes I have to wake up at night to eat something and the sickness returns in the morning. The feeling is getting worse! Anyone else had this? Early sign of labour?
