Had really loose bowels this morning and have had period pains and back ache all day?

I had an iron infusion on Wednesday last week but I don’t feel any different. Still feeling pretty sick/weak and dizzy everyday. I was told that I should feel better within a few days. Has anyone else had it and not noticed a difference?

I’m 39 weeks today and have been having lots of pelvic pain in the front for the past 2-3 days. Doesn’t feel like baby has dropped but could this be a sign she’s starting to?

Has anyone else experienced a constant dull ache in their left hip/groin post C-section with occasional very sharp pains? I’m 16 days post C-section and paracetamol, ibuprofen and dihydrocodeine isn’t doing much pain wise. Incision all looks ok so not sure what is going on 🤷‍♀️
