Can your 23 month old complete age appropriate puzzles with no help?

My LO is almost two months by end of February, what are some activities you do to stay busy or active during colder months ?

When my kid turns 10yo I will teach them responsibilities and give them chores. Obviously there will be times I will take care of everything but ultimately I want to teach them to be responsible early on.

Does anyone have any ideas as to where and what I can do with my daughter for her first birthday (it’s just me and her for the day). I’m happy to travel up to an hours drive away from Exeter. Each month previously I’ve taken her to different places on the moors or beach’s along the Devon/Dorset/Cornwall coast.
