Do you receive a stipend for homeschooling? Can you use it for anything? Are they requirement and restrictions?

How many of you have not got babies nursery sorted as of yet? I have a partner who is Mr Super Organised which is great. But on the flip side he’s obsessed with getting the nursery sorted. Told him “what’s the point” when for the first 6 mths babies will be in our room. Share your thoughts.
