10mo has decided he will no longer be spoon fed anything but yoghurt 🤣 please could I have some inspiration for breakfast that's quite quick and easy to do or can be batch cooked and heated from frozen. We already do toast and pancake bites. Thank you!

So I have had ARFID since I was small and I really really struggle with my own diet. I knew weaning my little one onto food would be difficult but I didn't realise how much. Has anyone else been through similar and have any tips? 😞
