Starting to wean my baby today. Quite nervous… any recommendations on what foods to start on?

I know he's having milk etc but he literally doesn't eat. I've tried different timings, different textures, finger food etc. On a typical day he'll have 1 bite of toast/1 spoon or yogurt or a nibble on a vegetable. People say food is for fun but he is breastfed so it is important to get nutrients like iron into him😫

My little boy can't quite get the angle right and turns the spoon over to get it in his mouth - so everything on the spoon ends up on him 😂 Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to help him? (Side note - he hates me trying to help him 🤣)
