I'm thinking of transitioning from breastfeeding to formula for night feeds. How do you manage these in the least disruptive way. Do you make a bottle or warm ready made?

My little girl just turned 4 months old and I've still got her on teat 1, she seemed to start fussing on the bottle last week or two so I did change to teat 2 but she's a guzzler and she kept coughing/choking on the milk. Anyone else’s baby just refusing cows milk? He will full on heave and gag. Tried adding it to formula too and he just refuses to drink it. I’ve also tried soya milk. No luck. What else can I do? I’ve seen toddler formula milk? Anyone recommend that instead?
