Hi, wondering if ppl that use a cold water sterilisers give the bottles / teats a rinse before use? They have a proper Milton taste so I’ve been giving them a quick rinse under cold water before use. Don’t think there’s anything wrong with that but google giving contradicting answers!

There is so much mixed information online about how much milk a baby should eat. My 2 month old (11weeks) currently eats 3-4 ounces every 2-3 hours. He used to eat 4-5 ounces a few weeks ago but dropped how much he wants.

Struggling with breastmilk. I breastfeed baby every 2-3 hrs and i still have a low milk supply! I pumped to see how much hes getting i can barely get 1 oz every 3 hrs..I end up giving him formula cuz i feel like hes bot getting enough. Help any tips on how to boost my milk supply.
