What time does your little one go to bed at?

Anyone else’s little one absolutely hate when their nappy is changed? It’s like my one knows when it’s about to happen and screams the house down. Any tips on making it more enjoyable for him?😂

I just wondered what age we can start to try and get our baby into a bedtime routine?

Not because of the newborn this time but because I'm having body aches and muscle pain. It's hard for me to get comfortable 24/7. I'm hoping it goes away as I recover. It feels much like pulled muscles all over. Tylenol and ibuprofen doesn't help.

How is everyone balancing their little one’s naps and feeding schedules??
