Caffeine Consumption

Has anyone noticed an increase or decrease in their breastmilk supply when consuming caffeine. I know that it's recommended to limit caffeine intake to 300mg per day, but wasn't sure if anyone has experienced a reduction in their supply with a smaller amount of caffeine.

What do I do? Breastfeeding question.

7 month old has been refusing the breast a lot lately. Showing every sign of weaning (according to google, don’t @ me) will have it like 45sec-1min and then push away. we do mix >1 oz in his purée meals (3 meals a day) so he gets that. Otherwise it is just less than 1 min during the day & maybe twice a night 5-10ish...

I latch my LO all night long so I don’t pump all night long (I heard latching your baby will help increase supply due to hormones ig?) a...

Anyone else going through what send to be extra fussiness/cluster feeding season the last few days?

I'm not sure what is causing it, my milk supply has dropped a little bit so I wonder if that has anything to do with it, but she has been hard to settle unless she is with someone or being fed (but not just laying next to, has to be held!)

Dropping the dummies

I had grand plans to do this at 18 months but she’s had teething, hf&m and covid since! So we are at 19 months now. Throw at me all your advice on weaning off dummies pretty please. She only has them for sleep. They ‘live in her bed’ as it were. She still breastfeeds for comfort in the night if she wakes.
